4. Or esle: Reservations are only allowed for 24 hours. After that, item will be release to next customer on waiting list if no payment is made.

Please read through our store policies and note that your use of this website, service contained within, and any purchases made constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Dandelion's Kisses appreciate serious buyers only, cancellations after confirmation of orders are not allowed.
  • All items sold are NOT refundable.
  • Sold out items are NOT restockable.
  • We set our price as low as possible so they are NOT negotiable.
  • Dandelion's Kisses held no responsibilities for any losses or damages upon delivery of goods.
  • All items are brand new and in good condition otherwise stated.


Reservation
  • Buyer who can make immediate payment are given priority.
  • Reservation will only be held for 24 hours ONLY.
  • If no payment is made after the reservation period, unless otherwise agreed upon, item will be release for sale thereafter without any notification.
  • Dandelion's Kisses would appreciate the effort of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.
Payment
  • Full payment is required prior to delivery of goods(by postage) and restock of goods.
  • Dandelion's Kisses would appreciate the effort of informing us once payment has been made in order to avoid confusion of transaction.
  • Email of proofs of payment such as copy of successful transaction and reference number are required.
  • In order to avoid confusion of transactions, we would also require buyer to clearly state the method of payment used, the date & time of payment.

Exchange
  • Exchange is only allowed if item received is defective or in the wrong color or size than the ordered item.
  • Exchanging to another color & size is not allowed.
  • All exchanges should be done within 3 working days.
  • Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Exchange items should be in mint condition, not washed or worn.
  • Buyers bear the cost of postage for exchange.
